Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:

One of the most respected basketball officials in the state. Mr. Casey was selected to officiate 19 consecutive District and Regional Tournaments and has called 7 Sweet Sixteen Tournaments, two of those games being the Championship. Mr. Casey has had and continues to have a very positive influence on basketball officiating.
