ØAny equipment worn that is not required by
   rule-
ØAny equipment which does not permit
   normal movement of the joints and which
   prevents one’s opponent from applying
   normal holds shall not be permitted-
ØAny equipment which is hard or abrasive
   must be covered and padded-
